I thought the point was
obvious. Democrat hands, particularly Obama, are not clean.

To say Democrat's hands are not clean is somewhat of an understatement. But don't act as if republicans have nothing to do with the lack of
accountability. Your original post seemed to indicate that.

As a former CITIBANK personal account holder i tell everyone i know exactly
how criminal that corporation is. OWS just proved how much more POSITIVELY effective they can than the epic failure called the Tea Party. Great news.

As a former JP Chase account holder I tell everyone how they lied to me. I had to pay close attention to my accounts because they kept trying to charge me for things like transfers or to use my debit card on an FREE account that had direct deposit. They will lie and
steal and cheat you to get more earnings that go strait to the fat cats up top. LEAVE CHASE and BOA and CITI and stop using those cards and use cash. Save your retailers the 3% on fees.

Sorry if it came off that way. I certainly do blame Republicans too. I mentioned Obama in my first post because he's President. Had McCain won the election instead
I would have mentioned him since he voted for TARP too.

Oh I forgot. Anyone who criticizes Obama does so because of racism, not because of his foolish
 policy decisions.

Considering that ... ( 3 months ago by fingrid)
Considering that there has been no regulation issued to prevent the bailouts and subsequent money printing, I don't think the tax income is protected from another wave of bailouts once the derivatives fail again. The sellouts for the banks will make sure those bailouts will be issued, the point being that there is no serious reason not to do that again. I don't think the president has any power over the ones who constantly cause these problems,
the representatives who were voted by the people.

It's not too late to
make a change. Boycott the "megabanks". Our federal administrators caved in to large banks and did away with the Banking Act of 1933 which protected bank customers from what happened in 1929.
The big banks are ... ( 2 months ago by Relbl)
The big banks are probably happy as hell -- the reason they charge the average Joe customer such high fees (on chequeing accounts at least) is because they LOSE money on those accounts. The banks are weeping alright... tears of joy! 5.6m cheapo customers probably only have $100 or less in their accounts; that $560m isn't hurting anybody's bottomline. Sorry. It's nice to see that the credit unions get a
win though because that kind of money is big for them!
