so damaged while my hair is soft and smooth" so I try all these different shampoos and they dont really work. Also, I have this prob with my scalp cuz my skin dries up and creates build up and I dont like that! I try 2 stop that but nothing works! If you have any tips PLEASE RESPOND! thanks <3

Don't over wash your hair. And try "selsum blue medicated" formula. It helps heal your scalp issues. I tried everything at one point and that really did it for me. My hair is thin to medium texture wise. Hope this helps. BTW you can get it at target :)
